Event Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION POLICIES
Please read carefully.

 

Cancelling a Registration for an Event: If you must cancel your registration, send an email to events@peacemaker.net or call 719-358-4900.

If a registered attendee is unable to attend:

  • He or she may cancel 6 or more business days before the start of the event and the registration fee will be refunded, less an administration fee of $25.
  • If he or she cancels within 5 business days of the start date of the event, 50% of the registration fee will be refunded.
  • Or, if he or she cancels within 3 business days of the start date of the event, the regis­trant may reschedule for attendance at another like event within 1 year of the original event date.
  • If a cancellation is not received by 2 business days before the start of the event, the entire registration fee will be forfeited.
  • Registered attendees may allow a substitute to come in their place, but they must notify Peacemaker Ministries (or notify the Sponsor if the event is for a Sponsor-specific audience) at least three (3) business days prior to the event.
