Event Cancellation Policy
Please read carefully.
Cancelling a Registration for an Event: If you must cancel your registration, send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org or call 509-598-7150.
If a registered attendee is unable to attend:
- He or she may cancel 6 or more business days before the start of the event and the registration fee will be refunded, less an administration fee of $25.
- If he or she cancels within 5 business days of the start date of the event, 50% of the registration fee will be refunded.
- Or, if he or she cancels within 3 business days of the start date of the event, the registrant may reschedule for attendance at another like event within 1 year of the original event date.
- If a cancellation is not received by 2 business days before the start of the event, the entire registration fee will be forfeited.
- Registered attendees may allow a substitute to come in their place, but they must notify Peacemaker Ministries (or notify the Sponsor if the event is for a Sponsor-specific audience) at least three (3) business days prior to the event.
